How to Use a Treadmill

There are some general rules about the treadmill usage. Is better to obey these rules because you will train correctly and avoid some nasty injuries. I was doing my hill treadmill workouts without consider these rules but at one time a fitness trainer showed me the difference and I start to have exceptional results.

1. This is no brainier but just in case :never jump on the machine when this is at full speed. You can get serious injuries.

2. When they first use a treadmill most of people want hold the handrails in order to gain stability. This is a big mistake because it is affecting your training posture. Do not do it

3. Overstriding. This is something many of us do.

4. Hunching your shoulders and staring down to watch a TV screen on console

5. Not using correctly your feet and arms.
